Here are the habits I've implemented during the last year for my wellbeing and will carry on between now and the rest of my life!! Mastering Your Morning On waking, I make a coffee and bring it back to bed, I light a candle for my 'power hour' Breath, meditate, ground my body, a bit of tapping, writing gratitude's, goals in my journal. Back out of bed for 15 mins exercise, all before checking Whatsapp, emails, interacting with my clients, family and friends. It sets me up for a positive day! Walk My Talk I help people lose weight and implement the strategies I advise to others into my day. I drink at least 2 1/2 litres of water a day. I half a lemon, cut and add a slice to a pint of cooled down boiled water, then squeeze the juice from the remaining half of lemon in. My first meal is an omelette, 2 eggs, spring onion, mushrooms, chives, chilli, whatever left over vegetables I feel like adding! Followed by 2 of The 1:1 Diet products, generally a vanilla shake and one of our delicious bars, together with a meal with protein, as much green veg and as little bit of carbohydrates as possible. I've maintained my weight during lockdown, YAY! Walk Walking on my own, with a friend, their dog, for meetings, with coffee and realised it's a lovely way to spend time, on your own and with others, in nature and feel so much better and healthier. Focus I stop what I'm doing every couple of hours, get up and get a glass of water, a product or cook, changing my state by moving my body, shifting my attention, get the blood flowing and reset my mindset. I have made myself accountable to my lovely friend Lydnsy and my mentor Shirley. We set weekly goals, allocating a percentage to each and evaluate the following week. It's all about accountability, hence the value of the 1:1 relationship with a coach, diet consultant. Want to put in place or continue some habits of your own? Make yourself accountable? Who's Madeline? Hi! My name is Madeline. I’m a Diet and Mindset NLP Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Author. A few years ago, I moved and lived alone for the first time in my life, I struggled! No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t lift myself out of this place. I found myself drinking too much, arguing with my children, friends, family, and people in the village I moved to. After a few dreadful outbursts I decided it was time to get help and had therapy. I feel stronger now, and through this challenging time I use the tools I learnt to ensure my mindset is focused on what I want, being a better mum, friend, family member, a more effective individual, as well as a well-rounded coach, trainer, speaker and communicator. How we show up in response to anything, the actions we take to close the gap between where we are now and where we want to be, will determine how anything can be turned around into success. I have created my ideal body using the 1:1 Diet and in the process, a thriving business coaching clients to let go of unwanted weight, beliefs and create empowering habits and make long term change as well as Sponsor and Mentor them to create their own business. Having pursued a career in business for over thirty years, I decided to follow my lifelong passion for self-improvement. Having joined The Coaching Academy as a Protégé Student, providing me with lifetime access to all their training. I am now a qualified Coach and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programmer) Practitioner. Using the same coaching tools and techniques and business knowledge, I now supports my clients bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be and create a life they love.
